We take data your protection seriously

 The protection of your privacy when processing personal data is an important concern for us. When you visit our website, our web servers will automatically store the IP of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the web pages you visit and the date and duration of your visit. This information is essential for the technical transmission of the websites and a secure server operation. A personalized evaluation of this data is not carried out.

Customer Accounts

We will set up a password-protected direct access to the stored inventory data (customer account) for each customer who registers accordingly. Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and manage your address details, bank detailsand the newsletter. You agree to treat the personal access data as confidential and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords unless we are responsible for the abuse.
With the function "stay logged in" we would like to make your visit to our website as pleasant as possible. This feature allows you to use our services without having to log in again each time. For security reasonshowever, you will be asked to re-enter your password -for example if you want to change your personal information or if you want to place an order. We recommend that you do not use this feature if the computer is shared by multiple users. Please note that if you use a setting that automatically deletes stored cookies after each session, the "stay signed in" feature will not be available.

Personal Data

Personal data is information about your person. This includes your name, address and email address. You do not have to disclose personal data to visit our website. In some cases, we need your name and address as well as further information to offer you the desired service.

Automatically stored Non-Personal Data

Server Log Files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.
These are:
• Date and time of the request
• Name of the requested file
• Page from which the file was requested
• Access status (file transfer, file not found, etc.)
• Web browser and operating system used
• Full IP address of the requesting computer
• Amount of data transferred

Merging of this data with other data sources will not be done. Processing is carried out in accordance to article 6(1) sentence 1(f) of the GDPR. based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
For reasons of security, in particular in warding off attacks on our web server, we store this data for a short time only. Conclusions on or about individualsis not possible for us based on this data. After seven days latest, the data is anonymised by shortening the IP address at domain level so that it is no longer possible to relate to an individual user. The data is also processed, in anonymous form, for statistical purposes; a comparison with other databases or a transfer to third parties, even in excerpts, does not take place. Only in the context of our server statistics, which we publish every two years in our activity report, does a representation of the number of page views take place.

When visiting our Internet pages, we store certain information for administrative and technical reasons. These are: type and version of the browser used, date and time of access, as well as the IP address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from personal data on secure systems and cannot be assigned to any individual person(s). This means your personal data will be protected at all times.

Cookies are small files that are transferred from an internet server to your browser and stored on its hard drive. Only the Internet protocol address is stored here and no personal data. Newsletter via Newsletter2go

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify you as the owner of the e-mail address given and that you agree with the receipt of the newsletter. To ensure that the newsletter is correctly sent by us, we use the double-opt-in procedure. Using this, the potential recipient can then be included in a distribution list. Afterwards, the recipient receives a confirmation e-mail to legally confirm the application. Only when this confirmation is made, can the address be actively included in the distribution list. Facebook

The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has clarified that operators of a Facebook fan page are responsible for the data processing carried out there under data protection law. For the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI), Andrea Voßhoff, the decision is a clear confirmation of the legal opinion of German data protection supervisory authorities: Once again, the ECJ has issued a ruling highlighting the important role of data protection. Especially in the increasingly digitized world there must not be the opportunity to evade data protection responsibility.

In its recent decision, the ECJ found that a fan page operator can share responsibility for the data processing processes on Facebook, even if he has virtually no possibility to influence them directly. The recognition of the joint responsibility of Facebook and a fan page operator makes it possible for visitors of a fan page to ensure the legal protection intended by the law.

Although the judgment is based on the prior legal situation prevailing before the Data Protection Regulations, the principle of shared responsibility as determined by the General Court is also applicable to the new law. The concrete effects of the ruling on further regulatory action will now be decided by the federal and state supervisory authorities in a timely manner.
